TK1971 Gate (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online sports betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between TK1971 Gate and all registered members of the Platform.

• Placing bets by exploiting system errors will be treated as fraud.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If odds shift between the time you place a bet and when it is confirmed due to network delay, the updated odds will apply — unless your account has the "Do not accept odds changes" setting enabled.

TK1971 Gate regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, unless stated otherwise in the bonus-specific terms:

• Each bonus has specific Wagering Requirementcomes with. This condition must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• No bonus may be used more than once.
• Bonuses may only apply to specific games or betting markets.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting system glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transferring illegal funds through TK1971 Gate.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to TK1971 Gate's systems.

TK1971 Gate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If you are found to be involved in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If suspicious activity related to account security is detected.
• If the member submits a self-exclusion request.
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Upon closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses, and subject to completed verification) will be refunded within 5 business days.
